Top Chef Ian Scarramuzza winner of the much coveted Roux Scholarship 2015 from Hibiscus in Londons Mayfair chose Rosslea Hall Hotel for his wedding venue this summer. He came and spent 3 days in our kitchen with Tony Quinn and his brigade. His menu was Chicken Terrine, Beef Bun and then Snix for dessert.
We completed a gruelling 21.5mile walk from Rosslea Hall up and over Glen Fruin and back to the hotel in aid of CHAS – Childrens Hospice Association Scotland.
