Helensburgh Yoga Classes are perfect for anyone who wants to escape from a busy schedule and find a little space to breathe, whether you are new to yoga or have a regular practice.
Yoga is great for anyone who wants to find a way to release tension and learn to relax a little more. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes or stand on your head to join in. All you need is an open mind and a willing attitude to give it a go, the only prerequisite is the ability to move and breathe.

Bridal Relaxation Packages
Need a little help to relax on your big day? We’ll guide you through some very gentle yoga, simple breathing techniques & a guided relaxation so you can chill out on the big day (or in the days leading up to it), helping you to enjoy it more.
- 1 to 1 sessions or small group bridal classes
- Normally last 1 hour and can reduce overwhelming feelings of anxiety or stress
- End with a glass of fizz or a wee dram
- Session can take place at the Rosslea Hall Hotel or just a few minutes away in the Yoga studio
- No yoga experience necessary

Healthy Hen Dos
A healthy hen do more your thing? Imagine a mix of gentle yoga, some easy breathing techniques, a little mindfulness, amazing guided relaxations, massages and time for you to catch up with your nearest and dearest.
- Yoga sessions alongside healthy comfort food, juices and of course a few glasses of your favourite tipple
- We can cater to your individual needs from 1 hour class perhaps followed by afternoon tea or a mini afternoon retreat to a fully catered weekend retreat in a luxurious setting
